You have 30 days to change your mind. You must provide proof of purchase to make an exchange or return under this program. Purchases made through AnneeLondon.com must be processed directly through AnneeLondon. Please contact our Customer Service group for assistance with returns and exchanges. ·
Sadly, items received after 30 days will not be processed under this policy. They cannot be modified or damaged from crash or abuse. Product defects in materials or workmanship are not covered under this guarantee, instead please see our Warranty Policy for details.
AnneeLondon reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Only items purchased from AnneeLondon.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).
For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase or assistance with your return or exchange.

For exchanges, please specify the size you wish to receive. Exchanges must be for the same model.
For Returns, please indicate which item(s) are being returned for credit.
Please allow 2 business days (Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Central) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).
You will receive a prepaid mailing label from AnneeLondon for your return or exchange via the provided email address once the item has been processed. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the label.
There are no restocking fees.
To ensure quick and accurate processing, please ship your item(s) using only the mailing label(s) we provide to you.
For returns, credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
