A bike helmet must fit snugly, and be worn properly. In order to offer you the safest option, AnneeLondon makes helmets in multiple sizes, including:

  • Extra Large =  63 – 68cm  or 25 – 26.75in.
  • Large = 59 – 63cm  or 23.5 – 25in.

  • Small = 51 – 55cm or 20.5 – 22in.

Coming Soon is Our Toddler Size

It’s important to note the sizing your helmet. In order to best determine the right size you need, you can measure the circumference of your head. Simply wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head, being sure to locate the tape just above your ears and keeping the tape level front to back. Once you have determined the proper size your need, you may then check to make sure the helmet fits correctly.

You should always wear the helmet positioned low enough in the front to protect your forehead, but not so low that it blocks your vision. Once you have a helmet that is the right size, and positioned properly, you can then prepare to enjoy your journey on the road ahead.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY HELMET BE REPLACED?

AnneeLondon has a general recommendation of replacing your helmet every three (3) years. Although your AnneeLondon helmet can easily survive up to 6 years, it is unknown what conditions have been applied to the helmet at any given time. If you are unsure of the condition of your helmet, or whether it should be replaced, call us at 980.292.5478 or e-mail us at customerservice@anneelondon.com for information on a free inspection or recommendation.

WHAT IF MY HELMET IS DAMAGED?

Helmets don’t last forever. If the helmet is visibly damaged don’t use it. Some or all of the helmet’s protective capacity is used up when impacted, and the damage to a helmet is not always visible. If you have any questions about your helmet e-mail us at customerservice@anneelondon.com.

HOW DO I STORE MY HELMET?

After each use, allow the helmet to air dry and then store it in a cool, dry place where it won’t get damaged.

Please Note: Excessive heat or cold, can damage your helmet. Think of your helmet as a friend, a pet or a loved one. You would not leave a loved one out in the cold or in the sun too long. This simple trick always help to remind us to keep our helmet close, secure and safe from dangerous environmental issues.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HELMET?

Helmets are made of materials that can be damaged by many commonly available cleaners. Petroleum based solvents or cleaners are especially dangerous. They can damage a helmet so that its protective capabilities are significantly reduced. Often, this kind of damage is not visible to the naked eye. For best results, clean the helmet using a soft cloth or sponge, warm water and mild soap (such as a mild dish soap).

Your protective, all-weather,  fabric sleeve can be machine washed in cold water and laid flat to air dry.

DO WE HAVE A REPLACEMENT PROGRAM?

If your AnneeLondon helmet has been involved in a recent accident, you may be eligible for a discount on a new replacement helmet.  We want to learn what happened during the crash, and also how well your helmet worked.

To learn if your helmet qualifies, please email us at customerservice@anneelondon.com with the below information:

This Crash Replacement Program is available to US customers only.

WHAT SIZE AM I?

Large = 59 – 63cm  or 23.5 – 25in.
Medium = 55 – 59cm  or 22 – 23.75in.
Small = 51 – 55cm or 20.5 – 22in.

In order to determine the size you need, you can measure the circumference of your head. Simply wrap a measuring tape around your head, being sure to locate the tape just above your ears keeping the tape level front to back. Once you’ve determined the proper size, you can check to make sure the helmet fits correctly. If the helmet you own now doesn’t fit on your head with just a little room between your head and the headband when the fit system is loose, you should replace it with one that does. You should always wear the helmet positioned low enough in the front to protect your forehead, but not so low that it hinders your vision.
